After Mathias Dandine's La Magdaleine restaurant received the ultimate award in 2021 under the helm of Yannick Piotrowski as pastry chef, he climbed into the mountains, in Courchevel, into 1947, chef Yannick's three-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide. Alléno and became executive pastry chef. It's a meeting of two Spirits that makes Yannick Piotrowski settle down in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, with chef Adrien Descouls, at Origines *, in Broc. Since May 2022, Yannick Piotrowski has presented unparalleled creations by working on sweetness without sugar, indulgence without butter, sweetness without lactose and many other re-inventions of desserts that resemble him. He wants to move the house towards new spheres in pastry with great development projects in 2023, combining the emblematic products of the region with his ideas full of exquisite and gourmet surprises.
