After 5 wonderful years spent in the gourmet restaurant Epicure du Bristol in Paris, Vincent Gardarin, originally from Clermont-Ferrand, returned to his native lands, where his passion for vines and beautiful oenological discoveries developed. Since 2022, he has taken up his first position as head sommelier at Adrien Descouls' restaurant Origines with the aim of bringing his experience to enrich it with his discoveries in order to perfect the possible pairings linking cuisine and epicureans. Wanting a menu that reflects the image of the house, Vincent Gardarin offers a menu with emblematic references, but also in alignment with the spirit of the house by offering lesser-known, but equally explosive, local wines.
